Your baby is 3 months old
My baby was sleeping well, now they wake every two hours at night again. Am I doing something wrong?
No. Around the third and fourth month, sleep gets lighter. Many babies wake up more often then, even when they are not hungry. It settles again.
Is there anything I can do during the day?
Watch the awake times: at three months it is usually one and a half to two hours. Longer often means overtired and more restless. More on this in the chapter for this phase.
Phase 3
Grasping, Touching, Marveling
To listen to while feeding, carrying and falling asleep.
3 to 6 months
Calm stretches are part of it too.
Where the path stays light, there is usually less going on. A good time to catch your breath. In the chapter for the phase you can already read or listen to what comes next, like first solid food.
6 to 9 months
Everything gets explored. Best of all with you.
Sitting, babbling, shuffling off. Every phase has games that fit into everyday life, mostly with what you already have at home.
Crawling course
Cushions and blankets become soft obstacles. Different surfaces feel different to arms and legs every time.

The first little teeth
Since today two tiny teeth peek out at the bottom when you laugh. Now I know why the last nights were so restless, and I am still a little bit proud.
9 to 12 months
The little moments you don't want to forget.
The first tooth, the first word, the first steps. In the journal you keep what you want to remember, with a photo if you like.
12 to 15 months
When a new phase begins, PlaPlu lets you know.
Then you can read straight away what is changing for your child. And now and then PlaPlu asks for a moment for your journal.
Lots of closeness, lots of movement
Goodbyes are hard for many children right now, and the first steps are close or already here. Both take strength, for your child and for you.
15 to 18 months
Some phases are hard. That is not your fault.
PlaPlu explains what is happening and why. And shows you what helps now.
18 to 24 months
Your child is becoming their own person.
Wanting to decide, saying no, tantrums: it is exhausting and an important step. And this too will pass.
Honest, not perfect
We don't pretend everything is always wonderful. Some phases are hard, and it helps to know it is not your fault.
Clear language
What is happening, why it is happening and what really helps. Calm words instead of jargon or panic.
Everything in one place
